神探李昌钰博士离开带来的启示

一、前言
一场跨越刑侦科学与中国医学的邂逅。世界顶级刑侦鉴识大师李昌钰博士，于2023年4月16日在夫人的陪同下亲临我们纽约法拉盛《国医堂》。这次相见为李昌珏博士进行一次正式的传统中医诊断和治疗。作为接诊医生，我们心中既有对他强健体魄的敬佩；还有对他人格魅力的崇敬。当今，更有对他离世的怀念和深刻的反思。
二、 八旬神探 超人体质
初见李博士其精神状态令人惊叹。虽然已过八十四岁高龄但他：
1、思维敏捷，谈吐幽默，反应快速，状态极佳，完全没有八十岁老年人的迟钝。
2、体质强壮，肌肉结实，现场测得的血压、脉搏与心律，竟然媲美三十岁青年。
3、基因优势、他自信地谈到自己传承着母亲106岁的高寿基因；并坚持数十年如一日的练功习惯。
博士当时信心满满地表示，自己寿命超过110岁绝不是难事。他那种积极乐观的态度和生命力，深深地感染了我们。
三、诊断发现 身患隐忧
诊断发现了先生身体出现部分症状和暗藏的疾病隐患：
1、左侧面肌肉轻度萎缩， 结合脉象，这预示着存在气滞血瘀，八十岁老人通常出现的心脑血管硬化症状，证明右侧颅内神经系统已出现异常，是脑络硬化或者脑髓萎缩的征兆。
2、体态变化，上背含胸驼背（约20度），腰脊两侧肌肉僵硬。这不仅是骨貭劳伤疏松，更是肝肾不足、肾髓空虚，髓失养脑养骨的症状。
3、自述长期腰背疼痛，脊柱两侧僵直为风、寒、湿三邪为病，痹阻腰背肌肉经络所致的慢性风湿性疾病。与长期超负荷工作，劳伤营卫有关。
当即我们将诊断意见告诉了博士。并且提示，八十岁老人难免会出现一些衰退迹象和轻度病症。只要你坚持治疗调护，这些症状和隐患可以完全消散。
四、 基因难挡，深度反思
李博士“长寿基因”最终没能挡住患上脑瘤？这给人们给医学界留下了沉重的课题。我们暂且从专业角度分析启大概与以下两大因素：
1、精神压力摧毁，常言道：“木秀于林，风必摧之”。作为神探，他一生处理过8000多起案件，横跨地球47个国家，8次死神与他擦肩而过。繁重的职业工作、复杂的世事纷扰和巨大的精神压力交织一起，是导致他正气大亏（免疫系统崩溃）诱发脑瘤的关键因素。
2、错失“治未病”先机，在我们的对话中可以看出，李博士对自己母亲的遗传和自己强健的身体素质。从三年不到的时间结果证明，这些年先生一心追求事业忙于工作，忽略了“衣烂从小补，病从浅中医”的古训。八十多岁的高龄，跨国奔波，夜以继日，长期忘我地劳累，超负荷、拼命地忙碌。他用自己的生命之光照亮了世界，却摧毁了他自己的身体。

五、脑髓虚萎 癌瘤瘀阻
李昌钰博士已八十四岁，此时肾虚已存，隐而未显。脑髓骨髓虚化：髓不养骨，则骨萎背驼；髓不养脑，则脑髓虚空。
右脑血管硬化中枢神经细胞病变迁延至面部周围神经，故而左侧面部肌肉萎缩松弛两侧肌肉失去对称。
肾虚髓少，不能上营于脑，脑髓虚少，失去充盈，脑络瘀阻，脉道失畅，再与潜伏于体内的风寒湿合邪为患。虚实夹杂，悄然蔓延，成为隐形“杀手”。先生平时疏忽调治看似强壮的身体竞突然被击倒在讲台上，病势之猛犹如“摧枯拉朽”。他以立即“昏厥”的状态表现了出来。
六，中药解毒 化癌除瘤
许多疾病症状，现代仪器无法检测，或者查而不明。给西医诊治疾病带来极大的挑战这是常态。
千年中医不唯遵化验结果。从天人合一整体出发，以哲学的概念，辨证的角度，丰富的经验，运用四诊八纲，辨证论治，由浅入深，由表及里地，寻求疾病的病位、病因、病性、病理、病情、病势和预后。最后作出相应准确的判断，药到病除，将其治愈。这就是中医学的优势、魅力和神奇之处。

中医药是解毒化瘤的临床希望。脑肿瘤中胶质瘤占绝大多数，其病因多与病毒感染（痰湿积聚）有关。恰好中药在抑制病毒、排除病毒毒素方面有着独特优势。君不见2020年新冠病毒烈性传染世界大流行整个西方世界束手无策，在东方的中医中药却起到了中流砥柱的作用，杀灭病毒，阻止了流行。

1、实践，是检验真理的唯一标准。

从李昌钰博士离世引起的思考

据新华社电，美籍华裔刑事鉴识专家、被称为“当代福尔摩斯”的李昌钰博士于2026年3月27日逝世，享年87岁。他一生开创了微物证据定罪的先河；在生命最后的航程中，他同样以冷静与豁达书写了谢幕辞。
一、 确诊与病魔：
突如其来的考验
2025年11月，李昌钰在上海期间突发昏厥。随后被确诊患有脑瘤。西医学在多种脑瘤中，起源于脑组织本身的胶质瘤最为常见且凶险，具有起病急、发展快的特点。
二、 豁达生死：
早已写好的遗嘱
面对生死，这位曾无数次在命案现场寻找真相的神探展现了极高的精神境界。他认为“人有生必有死”是自然规律。早在2014年，他就公开表示已写好遗嘱：离世后火化，捐献除眼睛以外的所有器官。他幽默地感慨，若真有天堂地狱，他还要靠眼睛“吃饭”，继续探寻真理。
三、 治疗权衡：
生存质量与生命尊严

悼念世纪神探李昌钰博士
惊闻昌钰先生驾鹤西去，心乱如麻，悲从中来，含泪啼血，怀念巨星。
悼文

维公元二〇三年四月十六日，千年中医门徒范树国 许英谨以至诚之心，泣血遥祭于李昌钰先生灵前：
先生英魂，永垂不朽。
忆往昔，先生亲莅我中医小馆。虽仅一面之缘，然先生之英姿笑貌，如春雷惊蛰，瞬息融入晚辈血脉，至今铭心不忘。先生待人，执君子之礼，行文明之光，举手投足间，尽显中华“温良恭俭让”之风骨。
世人识先生，乃因其明察秋毫、断狱如神；我识先生，乃见其血液中那一股男子汉敢于担当的至刚至大。于学术，您是泰斗；于后辈，您如兄、如友、如父、如师。您虽已乘鹤西去，然那份“刚强”与“温良”交织的人格魅力，将永远回响在中华儿女的心头。
愿先生一路走好，在彼岸世界，依然清风朗月，笑看乾坤。

Introduction to the Advanced Chinese Medicine Clinic

The Advanced Chinese Medicine Clinic – Guo Yi Tang, at 39-07 Prince Street, Flushing, New York, holds a New York State Acupuncture License. It was founded and managed by two Chinese medicine professors, Fan Shuguo and Xu Ying. Fan Shuguo graduated from Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Xu Ying graduated from the acupuncture postgraduate class of the Ministry of Health of China and is a representative of senior Chinese medicine acupuncture experts sent abroad by the Ministry of Health of China. Both doctors are famous veteran Chinese medicine practitioners, chief physicians of Chinese medicine, and professors of Chinese medicine. Fan Shuguo has been engaged in clinical and teaching work of Chinese medicine for more than 50 years; Xu Ying has been engaged in clinical, teaching, and scientific research work on Chinese medicine for more than 40 years. They have been entrusted by the Ministry of Health of China to participate in the "World Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture Experience Exchange Conference" many times to present their papers and introduce their experiences. Fan Shuguo was awarded the honor of "Outstanding Talent in Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture" by the US government. 一.
